Main Festival : Growing Locally

This year, "Growing Locally" is the theme for Chorlton's Big Green Festival. Not only will the second festival be bigger and better, the organisation behind the event is growing fast and has a number of offshoot projects, such as the greening of the Scout Hut (which you'll be able to see plans for on the day). "Growing Locally" also encompasses gardening and grow your own, and there will be two trips to Ivygreen Allotments the first leaving the festival site at 2pm; the second at 3pm.
