Main Festival : Schools

As this year’s theme is ‘The World in Chorlton’, schools will be focussing on the links between global issues, such as climate change, pollution, energy use, conservation, and local initiatives to improve our environment. Schools will work together to make  giant ‘Wishes for the World’ bunting, using recycled materials to create messages about how we can promote more sustainable living on a local level, and this will be displayed at the festival. Beetlefelt Studio  provided ‘starter packs’ for the schools.
