Main Festival : Volunteering

Green Chorlton rely solely on volunteers and grant funding to run both Chorlton Big Green Festival and other related events.

CBGF 2012 is currently seeking volunteers for the following:

• Setting up and packing down the site
• Working as 'front of house' for arriving visitors
• Offering advice and assistance to visitors during the day
• Undertaking warden duties for the bike parade and other events throughout the festival
• Selling raffle tickets

Eligibility:

• No previous experience necessary just need to be over 18 and have enthusiasm and motivation for getting involved and interacting with people.

Availability:

• Volunteers need to be available all-day on Saturday 31st March and will also be expected to attend one briefing session in the week prior to the festival
